Who Are You?

Today I am going to give you some divine revelation. If you want your life to change then listen up.

Whose life does yours belong to? Christianity is boring if you’re living for yourself. It's not worth it – Jesus paid such a high price for you.

He went to the cross for you. What does the cross mean? A lot of people think the cross is the revelation of your sin.

But that is a wrong understanding.

The cross isn't the revelation of your sin, it’s the revealing of your value!

If you get who you are because of what he did, you will be set free. It doesn't matter what you mom or dad, did or didn't do, to you or for you.

It doesn't matter what anyone has ever said about you. Even those who have told you that you were bad or worthless.

Jesus already did it all for you. He paid the ultimate price for you to be free and valued.

What matters is that you see the reality of the finished work of Jesus and the cross.

Because if you see it, you won't dare live for yourself anymore.

You see there is no condemnation for those is Christ that walk not according to the flesh but according to the spirit.

You see God is not mocked. Don't think that God doesn't see everything and hear everything that happens. He sees everything behind the closed door.

He sits in the theatre room of your soul and watches every move you make and sees everything you think. He's that intimate.

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

I live in the word. I stay in the word.

God lives inside of me.

I love him and he loves me.

He talks to me regularly as I commune with him.

He leads me and guides me into all truth.

He is exciting and loving and full of mercy.

He is tender and corrective and will never fail me.

He always has my back and has taught me how not to let others affect me or offend me. I love you no matter what you do to me or say about me.

The Bible says that let anybody who speaks, speak with the oracles of God. So I speak with the oracles of God – He loves you.

1 Peter 4:11 – whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

That is not proclaiming that I am anything because it is not about me – it is about him and what he gives me as his daughter. Without him I am nothing.

I study not to preach myself approved but to show myself approved.  To who, the King of the universe. You want to know the universe and energy and all that people talk about?

Well, in order to know any of that you have to know Jesus. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit created the universe.  They created mankind in their image.

The universe doesn't speak to you the Holy Sprit does. He is intimate and all knowing. Wouldn't you rather have a loving Father speaking to you versus some universe?

He created the universe for us to know just how awesome he is and he wanted us to enjoy it.

Pick up your Bible. Spend time with your Father. Allow the Holy Spirit to make your spirit come alive in him.

For He alone can save your soul and bring you peace.

Selah . . .

Take a Look at Our World . . .

Take a Look at Your Faith . . .

Godlessness in the Last Days

Different people have different views in life. Some people are natural optimists and see a bright future, some are realists and see the world as it really is, and some are pessimists and see the world as doom and gloom.

Guess what? We should look through the lens of each, every once in awhile. It is like peering into your own soul to take charge of the negative, incorporate the real, and instill the positive.

There is a lot going on in our world today. Things are not what they seem. Things are masked to the naked eye, but revealed to believers by God, if asked.

I do a lot of asking. I seek his presence a lot. I cannot live without it.

If Jesus died a horrific death so that I could have life and have it abundantly, then why not? He also gives eternal life that includes rewards and crowns and mansions.

I stand amazed at the deception taking place even though I know it was prophesied to happen. I just never thought I would see it being fulfilled in my life time.

The Bible nailed it perfectly as it has done over and over for eons with prophesies that have come true. Now let’s look at what it has told centuries ago about today.

Now remember – this is talking about Christians. Not unbelievers, they are God's to judge. I will share with the unbeliever at the end.

Also, maybe this will help unbelievers to understand why they do not like some professing christians.

But remember, never let a man's actions or words keep you from accepting Jesus and having a relationship with him!

In Paul's letter to Timothy he says that the Lord's servants, Christians, must not be quarrelsome but kindly to everyone, an apt teacher, patient, correcting oponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant that they will repent and come to know the truth, and that they may escape from the snare of the devil, having been help captive by him to do his will.

Whoa . . . Professing  Christians doing the will of the devil? You bet!

Many believers have taken on the Devil's identity instead of Gods. They haven't a clue who they are in Christ. They are deceived.

You must understand this, that in the last days distressing times will come for believers. They are here folks.

For people (professing christians) will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, inhuman, implacable, (which means unforgiving and unstoppable), slanderers, profligates, (which means completely given up to licentiousness as sexually immoral), brutes, haters of good, treacherous, (which is cannot be trusted ), swollen with conceit, reckless, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to the outward form of godliness but denying its power, (many churches now discouraging the Holy Spirit’s gifts). 2 Timothy 3:1

AVOID THEM! If you know christians who act like this – the Bible says, get away from them!

They are always being instructed but can never arrive at the knowledge of the truth.

Is this you?

I know so many people in this condition.

Paul continues to say that they are of a corrupt mind and counterfeit faith, and oppose the truth. But, THEY will not make much progress, because, as in the case of the two men in the Bible, (Jannes and Jambres) who were like this, their folly became plain to everyone.

Scripture says that all who want to live a Godly life will be persecuted. But wicked people and imposters will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived.

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believe, knowing from whom you have learned it, and how from childhood you have known the sacred writings that are able to instruct you for salvation through Jesus Christ.

All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work.

So to all the unbeliever's out there – If you know a person who calls himself a Christian but lives like the above things mentioned – I'm deeply sorry. They are not living a Christ-centered life.

All belierver's make mistakes and we are all forgiven. But anyone who professes to be a believer but lives completely like an unbeliever, avoid them.

They are living no different than the unsaved, so no wonder you don't want to be like them. They are no different than the life you are possibly living. They may even live worse.

Know this, if you are reading this – saved or unsaved – I love you and care for you. And most importantly Jesus loves you and gave his own life just for you.

For the unbeliever – Just ask Jesus with a pure heart and motive if he is real, and then listen. He will show you, he always will show you if you ask sincerely.

For the believer – please check the condition of your heart. Read your Bible and stop allowing the devil to deceive you. Christ judges the condition of the heart. Are you really in love with him, are you really making him Lord?

The only thing I can continue to show anyone is the love of Christ and his character. The only thing that will save people from eternal torment is Jesus. He is the only way.

The Bible says that in the last days, when the anti-Christ comes, that God himself will send strong delusion to those that refused to love the truth and be saved. God himself will lead them to believe what is false, so that all who have not believed the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness will be condemned. 2 Thessalonians 2:11

People’s chances of finding God are becoming less and less as the end times approach. So we as lovers of Christ who have tasted and seen that the Lord is good have to love them and reach out to them.

Our time is short.

You cannot be afraid of what anyone thinks! Only what God thinks!

Do not be ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Romans 1:16

Does Your Personality Affect Your Leadership?

Leadership: the power or ability to lead other people

Every great leader typically understands their personality and what it takes to handle difficulty.

So many times in life we are at a crossroad and don’t know what to do. Depending on your basic personality we all handle it a little bit differently.

Some people naturally take the bull by the horns and make things happen no matter what the obstacle. They don’t allow people, circumstances or setbacks to stand in their way, even at a crossroad. However, they can get angry if what they are trying to bull their way through doesn’t seem to work, or if others appear to be standing in their way. They are quick to blame everyone but themselves.

Others have a tendency to want to go hide in a cave during difficult times and never come out. They dislike the conflict and turmoil and would rather clam up than fight. They see a crossroad as a challenge they just really don’t feel like facing. Unfortunately this sets them farther back and sometimes they see no way out.

Then there are those who just really don’t pay attention to the crossroad and just try and wish it away. They pay no attention to the details and simply pretend it will all get better even if they do nothing about it. They just want to make sure life is fun and not troublesome and would rather not think on or discuss their difficulties.

Lastly, we have what I call the squatters. They will not make a move until they figure everything out. No matter how long it takes they will analyze it all to death. They place the blame solely on themselves. They over think everything and this usually causes them to stay stagnant. They internalize it all and sometimes take it out on others without anyone even knowing what is going on in their heads. They can stay very frustrated and keep other frustrated.

Whichever way you handle a crossroad or set back will depend on how you get to live out the rest of your life. Every hardship needs to be looked at from an eternal perspective. You should always tell yourself these things:

It will not last forever

Tomorrow is a new day

It does not matter what anyone else thinks

I will depend on God to see me through

And, prayer changes things!

Great leaders don’t just manage companies great leaders are able to manage themselves and their lives. When hard times come they man-up and do what needs to be done to overcome. They rely on God to handle the rest.

Great leaders usually have personalities that others like to be around. What you see is what you get. They ask for help when needed. They admit to their wrongs. They don’t lie and deceive people and then expect you to over look the damage they’ve caused.

If every leader would take a deep look at their own personality and admit to their faults, rely on their strengths and not allow the opinions of others to sway their moral code, this world would be a better place.

If they relied on God and put family first and helped others up the corporate ladder, just think of what our nation would be full of.

If they said NO to greed, and No to pride, and No to lust, just think of the kind of people we would be working for. If they said Yes to God, and Yes to giving, and Yes to being faithful, just think of where we would go as a people.

Does your personality matter as a leader? You bet it does. Take a look at your life today and see if you are really fit to lead others. I promise you. Others are taking a look.

Center For Spiritual Development – Where Your Voice Matters

The Center for Spiritual Development

Center for Spiritual DevelopmentDoctor, Personality, Personality Doctor

The Center for Spiritual Development offers everyone the chance to grow into who they were born to be and find their true potential.

Everyone person I talk to desires to live a more effective spiritual/christain lifestyle.

It is something they know they should do yet many are stuck in their old habits and never seem to break out. They live a life with little prayer, if at all, and hardly ever take the time to read God's instruction manual.

What that does is leave people unfulfilled and lacking joy, but most importantly they will never accumulate their rewards that Christ himself is going to give us for our obedience. Did you know that you can go to heaven but actually lose all your rewards? Read it right here:

1 Corinthians 3:11-15 – For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds upon the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it, because it is to be revealed with fire; and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work. If any man’s work which he has built upon it remains, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as through fire.

Paul clearly proclaims rewards are waiting for us as saved Christians. But he is also clear about the fact some of us will receive more reward than others. Some will work here on earth to create something persevering and as a result will obtain an enduring reward in Heaven. Others will not produce enduring work here on earth, and while they will still be saved, their reward in heaven will be nothing more than Salvation (“he himself shall be saved, yet so as through fire”).

“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels; and will then recompense every man according to his deeds.” Matthew 16:27

"Behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to every man according to what he has done. Revelation 22:12

I stand amazed at how many people who call themselves believers have never heard God speak to them when the scripture clearly says, my sheep hear my voice.

What is wrong? They say they are sheep. I worry because God even speaks through the manifold witness of nature and some people cannot see that.

This is why the Center for Spiritual Development is in operation. People need answers, they need to see God at work in what he says he can do. If the local assembly is not supplying people with what they need to walk in their God given authority, then somebody has to show them how. We have to provide this generation of Millennials and teenagers with answers. Otherwise, we let the devil win.

I am ready to see miracles, healings, restoration, hope restored and the divorce rate demolished. Do you know what pornography is doing to your own family? Your kids?

Mark Twain said it best, "The two most important days in life are the day you were born and the day you discover the reason why."

Our goal is to help everyone discover how to succeed in life. But our main focus is on teens and Millennial’s.

We help teens and young adults:

Reset Their Life

Renew Their Mind

Reshape Their World

If you do not believe in anything outside of yourself then eventually you become hopeless. And hope deferred makes your heart sick. This is the state of many Americans today especially our Millennial’s. I speak all the time to young people who are depressed and having a hard time believing that God is really real and that he really cares about them.

We have done such a poor job of emulating God and even worse at being a disciple that this generation wants nothing to do withso-called  religion. But I have found they are open to a relationship, in fact they are craving it when taught correctly.

We are going to provide it here and ask that you help spread the word. Go to our website and check out our Destiny Day workshop and read what we are doing.

If you want answers for this generation – Then we need your help in getting the word out about our Destiny Day for youth. Maybe your church, your school, a summer camp or a non-profit could benefit from having us speak to their teens and young adults.

Please partner with us to help heal a generation that has the highest suicide rate in our country’s history. They also have more depression than any other generation. They need answers and we have the answers.

We show them their potential and help them find their purpose and calling in life. This is mine!

Thank you!

7 Dynamic Leadership Rules Everyone Should Follow

7 Leadership Rules of Life

Rules of Leadership

7 Dynamic Leadership Rules

"Leadership is both a research area and a practical skill, regarding the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations." Wiki

If we could assimilate all the material that has been written or recorded on leadership we would probably have enough to go to the moon and back several thousand times.

The 7 Dynamic Leadership Rules we will discuss are pivotal in making any leadership style work. There are many different ways to lead and many different personality types leading. I also know it takes more than just these seven. But these seven are crucial to ensuring you are effective. Great leadership exudes great character, coupled with how you handle stress and how you respond to your naysayers.

There are thousands if not millions of opinions on what leadership is, does, and believes. And believe me, I get it. I understand there are different ways to lead. I know that all leaders lead somewhat differently. I understand that what you may think is a great leader may be different from what I think is one, or, your boss thinks is one.

But I do know that while some leaders are great people and have many followers, there are others who are horrible people yet still have many followers. Two examples of that are Martin Luther King Jr. and Hitler. One is great and the other pure evil. However, they both had many followers. They were both considered to be great leaders because of their ability to convince people to follow.

So, is that the number one leadership trait – having many followers? Could a great leader only have a few, say ten to twelve or so followers? Would he or she be considered a great leader today? Probably not. The Huffington Post  almost certainly would not write an article about them. But I say yes!

Leadership in my opinion has everything to do with character not followers because we all are leading someone. Whether it is a child or grandchild, a spouse, one employee, or mainly – yourself.

Would you have followed Hitler? Some of you would have. Will you follow the anti-Christ? Many will. Why? Because many people do not have great character traits. They have allowed demented thinking to warp their sense of right and wrong. They call evil good and good evil.

So what is it that we all want out of leadership?

Why do most of us read everything we can get our hands on about it? Why do we pay thousands of dollars to attend leadership conferences hoping to find a way to improve our leadership style? Why do so many people become leadership coaches? Because we were all put here on this planet to lead others. Leadership is for everyone. You might only lead your children, but you might also lead a business with thousands of employees. Either way your character matters. Your leadership style matters. But if you don't take a good hard look at you, then you can forget leading effectively.

Here are 7 Dynamic Leadership Rules that should be instilled within us all.

  1. Consistency of personality and character in tack, you must have accountability partners – this is the downfall of many great leaders!
  2. The ability to understand, articulate and show people how to have a better future and life and then empower them to lead.
  3. A relentless spirit to fight for what’s right and never give up even in the face of danger.
  4. Let go and let God – the ability to hear God – if not, you’re all on your own when He has all the perfect answers for you and others.
  5. Brilliant vision coupled with conviction, passion, humility, tenacity, steadfastness and the ability to communicate that vision.
  6. Meticulous planning, strategizing and surrounding yourself with successful mentors and masterminds.
  7. The ability to wait on the best solutions, timing, and strategy along with knowing how to outwit, outwork, outthink and outmaneuver your competition or enemies.

We all long to either be a great leader or follow one. I believe that is why we read and study the topic so much. But the sad part is that many people are not willing to change. It is too difficult for them to take a deep hard look at themselves and admit they have flaws that need revising.

You must understand and implement the 7 Dynamic Leadership Rules

Many people are afraid to let go and let God lead, guide and direct them because they think they know it all already. These are the people you need to be careful if following.

If you are standing with a leader who lies, cheats, hides things, distorts the truth, has no accountability partner, does drugs, has no respect for God, doesn’t try to improve their own character, is unfaithful to their spouse and is always cutting others down – RUN.

Abraham Lincoln said it best, “Stand with anybody that stands right, stand with him while he is right and part with him when he goes wrong.” I agree whole heartedly. Life is too short to be on the wrong team.

Now go and learn these rules so that when faced with diverse situations you will know how to respond.

FREEDOM – Freedom from oppression or coercion, the absence of disabling conditions for an individual and the fulfillment of enabling conditions, or the absence of life conditions of compulsion. Wikipedia

Many people are living a life trapped by addictions, unforgiveness, sexual abuse, controlling spouses, uncontrollable thoughts, the inability to sleep and countless other issues that bind them. Frozen in time by the enemy of their soul.

Trapped, hopeless, and feeling like nothing will ever change. Fearful and worried by anxiety, or, dreadful and sad by depression. Whatever the case, they are bound. No peace.

Freedom always comes with a price. The United States of America paid a heavy price to obtain their freedom. Jesus paid a heavy price to give us ours. Yet somehow throughout the years we tend to forget the price that was paid. Instead we grumble and complain that we are owed more then we deserve as U.S. citizens. We expect others to take care of us instead of finding our own potential and living it out. We began to bind ourselves to slavery just without the physical chains.

On a personal level we open the door to the enemy. After one mistake it then becomes a choice. Never forget that!

We decide to forget the price that was paid for us and selfishly live our lives like we want to. No rules, self endulgence. We are selfish instead of selfless and we demand from others instead of giving to others. We thrive on darkness and bad behavior therefore allowing our enemy to take complete control.

Things We Are Bound By

Once we are bound, whether by insecurity, fear, jealousy, pride, the love of money, envy, porn, drugs, lust, sickness, disease, no motivation, anger, selfishness, cigarettes, vape, witchcraft, idol worship, rebellion, alcohol, course jesting, sarcasm, rudeness, greed, power, control, over-eating or whatever else the devil has to offer us – WE LOSE. Why, we can't get set free. We have not a clue it is all spritual. We refuse to accept. We have no eternal perspective at all.

The chains are locked in place and very few find the key to escape. For some of us it all started with just one mistake. For others it was because of our poor choices trying to please ourselves, fit in with the crowd, look cool, or, just from plain stupidity.

Whatever your case may be – there is hope, but it is spiritual. You can get set free. But like anything else you have to make a decision and then follow the instruction manual. The devil will not give up without a fight. He hates you and wants to kill, steal and destroy you. Period. Whether you believe it or not. He is hoping you don’t believe it, then he can keep you bound.

We are offering individual Destiny Day’s this summer in Dallas, Texas to help Millennials find their purpose and get set free from their strongholds. Tell a freind now.

How do you live your life for God? Are you a spectator and simply let his commands pass you by? Or, do you try and participate by doing and being everything he called you to do and be?

You see we all have the same 24 hours to seek the Lord. We all have to same ability to read the Bible, pray and worship him.

We all have the chance to find out what He has called us to do in life, but do we take the time?

I find very few believers who read their instruction manual of life. The only book that can take away your fears, remove depression and anxiety, heal your physical body and show you how to have fullness of joy.

Instead I hear excuses from too busy, to raising a family, to I can't understand it. But they are all excuses because all of us make time for what is important to us.

What are you going to say when you stand before the Almighty, Powerful, King of the Universe?  When all you have are excuses and all you have been is a simple spectator.

Will you say, "But I went to church every Wednesday and Sunday, I sang in the choir, I kept the nursery and taught one Sunday school class."

What will that feel like? I am just asking not pressuring. For we are only accountable for ourselves.

But, I am here to bring it to your attention. Compare it to how much you watch TV, or, how much you play video games, or, how much you look at your phone, or, how much you read fiction. And make no mistake, just reading your Bible without applying its truths and without spending time in prayer and worship will only attribute to head knowledge.

Jesus wants a personal relationship with you. He wants to give you the keys to His kingdom if you will just ask. He wants you to have peace and joy and freedom.

He wants to set you free from pornography, infidelity, depression, fear, and a troubled marriage. He came to set the captives free.

Are you willing to give up a little time to get to know him better? He is the very best friend you will ever encounter. He will never leave you, talk behind your back, ignore you, hurt your feelings, fire you, or let you try and make it on your own. He is there ALL the time and is just waiting to rescue you from you.

I hope this encourages you to talk to him and just ask him to speak back to you. He will in a still small way.

Don't settle being a spectator any longer, time is getting shorter by the minute and you have a huge part to play in the bigger picture.

Let him in and keep him close. I promise you, it is so worth it, and it will sure be worth it in the end.

Blessings . . .

The seventh and final Destiny Identifier we will discuss today is Mercy. They are the heart of the body.

30% of the population score Mercy as their first Destiny Identifier.

Mercy – compassionate or kindly forbearance shown toward an offender, an enemy, or other person in one’s power; compassion, pity, or benevolence: an act of kindness and favor

There are more people that score Mercy as their first gift than any of the others. I guess God knew we all need a little more Mercy in our lives.

So in saying that, it is imperative that you understand people with this Destiny Identifier™.

Why, because a lot of people around you walk in this gift. Mercy people feel then act then think.

Mercy people need unrestricted love and acceptance. They show that to others so they like to receive it from you. They are the people that feel the hurts and pains of the world.

They cry with you and laugh with you. Their passion is people, unlike the Perceiver whose passion is projects.

Mercy people tend to look for the good in others and have a tremendous ability to extend love.

They are attracted to people who are hurting or in distress. If you have a child with this gift, they are probably bringing home the most troubled friends because of their desire to help them. Or, they are bringing home all the lost dogs or stray cats.

If they see someone without a friend they will try and befriend them.

They are more concerned for mental or emotional distress than physical. They are the ones who go to the hospital and sit with you for hours. They will inquire about your comfort and make sure you are well taken care of.

They also like to make sure that people have right relationships with each other. They grieve deeply over broken relationships and may even take sides.

They are good at giving preference to others. They will let you on line before them; give you the best seat etc.

They are very careful with their words and actions to avoid hurting others.

They can easily detect insincerity or wrong motives.

They are drawn to others with the same identifier. They hate conflict. They are usually late and don’t like to be rushed in a job or activity.

They are ruled by their heart and not their head and are typically very cheerful to be around.

Giver – to present voluntarily and without expecting compensation; bestow: the quality or state of being resilient; springiness. To give as a present; bequeath.

Givers are naturally generous, gracious, grateful, hospitable and resourceful.
